Refund Policy
Last Updated: April 22, 2026
Our digital products are sold globally through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. As such, all purchases and refunds are strictly governed by Paddle's Global Refund Policy.
1. General Policy & Refund Window
Unless required by applicable law, all digital product transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you believe you have grounds for a refund, you must submit your refund request within 14 days of the transaction date. Please note that submission of a request within this 14-day window is subject to Paddle's review and does not guarantee a refund.
2. Statutory Rights by Region
Depending on your billing location, you may have statutory consumer rights that Paddle strictly honors. To exercise these rights, you must request a refund within the specified timeframe from your transaction date:
- EU / UK / EEA / Switzerland / Turkey / Israel: Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw and request a full refund.
- South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada: Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund.
- Singapore: Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund.
Please note: For regions with statutory withdrawal rights (like the EU and UK), this right does not apply if you have started downloading or accessing the digital content, provided you gave express consent to waive your withdrawal rights during checkout.
3. Technical Issues & Defective Files
If you experience persistent technical issues with a digital product (such as a corrupted ZIP file or a rendering error), please contact us first at support@bightforge.com to attempt to resolve the issue. If the technical issue cannot be resolved, you may contact Paddle's support team. Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
